Yes, the doctor takes new patient appointments 5 days a week. Please call Judy at (248) 681-0360 to make your appointment.

What do I need to know for my appointment?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. Bring your driver’s license, insurance card and copies of all our current test results, including imaging and labs.

What is the policy on cancellations?

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Patients who have not canceled and fail to show up for a scheduled appointment will be billed $100. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the office at (248) 681-0360.

What insurance do you accept?

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Traditional Care Network/TCN, Citizens PPO, MESSA Choices II, Traditional and others. Please verify participation in your health plan when making your initial appointment.

What hospitals is the Dr. affiliated with?

Dr. Markowitz is affiliated with the extensive Trinity Health Care Systems network.

I would prefer to keep the reasons for my appointment private? Do I have to say why I want to see the doctor?
Although it can be helpful for the doctor to know in advance, you aren’t required to disclose the reason for your appointment.

What are the doctors office hours?

Our office is open 5 days Monday thru Friday. The doctor is in and seeing patients on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00-4:30 pm.
